1. Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by Precious Oils, trading as the seller of the products listed on it. Contact details are in section 12.
2. Placing an order
Adding a product to your cart is not an order. Your order is placed when you complete checkout, and it is accepted by us when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil it — because an item has sold out, or the price shown was wrong — we will tell you and refund you in full rather than part-ship it without asking.
We may decline an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, or where the delivery address is outside the countries we ship to.
3. Your cart
Your cart is held in your own browser. It does not reserve stock, and items in it may become unavailable or change price before you check out.
4. Prices, payment and tax
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. The total shown on the final checkout step, including delivery and tax, is the amount charged.
Payment is taken when the order is placed. If a price is listed in obvious error we will contact you before dispatch rather than charge the wrong amount.

5. Product information and health
Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Essential oils are concentrated and can cause harm if misused — some are unsafe for children, during pregnancy, or around pets. Follow the dilution guidance, patch-test, and consult a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate. You use this information at your own risk.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use this site unlawfully, or to harass or defraud anyone;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any connected system;
- scrape, copy or republish its content for a competing commercial purpose;
- interfere with its operation or security.
7. Intellectual property
The design, text and original photography on this site belong to us or our licensors. Product names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing here transfers any right in those marks to you.
8. External links
We link to other sites from time to time. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any site we link to.
9. Availability
We make no promise that this site will be available without interruption or free of error. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

We may update these terms. The version published here when you use the site is the one that applies.
