For anything about an order already on its way — tracking, a damaged bottle, a return — send us your order number and we will sort it out. Orders can usually still be changed or cancelled for a few hours after they are placed.

How much should I dilute?

For adults, start at one drop per teaspoon of carrier oil — about 1%. For children over two, halve it. Most people use three or four times more than they need.

Is any of this safe around cats?

Some of it is not. Tea tree, wintergreen, pine and citrus oils are the main ones to keep away from cats, and diffusing in a closed room is riskier than people assume. Ask us before you diffuse anything new around a pet.

Do you make medical claims?

No. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and we will not tell you otherwise. If something is a medical problem, please see a doctor — we would rather lose the sale.
